    Embroidery Operator
    Reports To: Apparel Manager | Full-Time | In-Office

    Position Overview

    Embroidery Operator is responsible for the completion of apparel decoration projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Duties include but not limited to properly framing apparel for embroidery for all types of garments
    • Operate Multiple embroidery heads (Tajima experience a plus)
    • Decorating items per work order following instructions provided on work order.
    • Proper loading the embroidery machine with the framed garment.
    • Work in fast paced warehouse environment
    • Complete knowledge of changing threads on machines
    • Needs to know how to thread a needle
    • Needs to know how to properly oil machines
    • Maintaining organized work areas
    • Assisting with quality control checks
    • Must be able to trim and folded garments properly
    • Must be able to communicate to supervisors and follow instructions
    • Maintain a positive attitude
    This position requires attention to detail and willingness to always improve. We are constantly expanding our capabilities and your ability to grow with the company is dependent on learning new skills. The role demands flexibility and the ability to switch between different tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards. In addition, we demand the highest level of quality in everything we do. You have the authority to “stop” something in the line, if it is not correct.
    Required Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Work the hours of 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday with occasional opportunities for overtime.
    • Experience preferred
    • Valid driver’s license or identification card
    • Strong multitasking abilities
    • Excellent task management skills
    • Ability to prioritize and switch between tasks efficiently
    • Ability to stand for extended periods
    • Capability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Reliable attendance and punctuality
    • Effective communication skills
    • English proficiency preferred however not required
    • Must be comfortable around dogs

    Schedule & Work Environment

    • Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
    • In-person position at Peachtree Corners location
